About Alpoholics

Alpoholics runs premium catered ski chalets, booked solid in winter, far too quiet the rest of the year. Their problem was never traffic; it was everything after the click.

Generic luxury messaging brought in inconsistent leads at unpredictable costs, and the sales team spent equal energy on every enquiry, ready to book or not.

So we rebuilt the engine end to end: qualify on the way in, score each lead as it lands, then route it to the right treatment automatically.

Here's how the system works.

Project Overview

To fix the lead process, every enquiry is scored by AI on how ready that person is to book, then pushed into the CRM with its score and tier attached.

Hot and warm leads get a personalised reply drafted automatically, matched to the right chalet with live pricing and dates.

Hot leads also trigger an instant WhatsApp alert so the sales team calls within the hour. Everyone else flows into automated nurture, so no enquiry goes cold by accident.

Traffic & Lead Capture

01. Meta Ads

We used Meta ads to deploy high quality content immediately enhanced consistency across the funnel. We achieved a 28.4% efficiency gain, driving overall Cost Per Lead down from £2.15 to £1.54 while scaling up at the simultaneously.

02. Google Ads

Google Ads became a strong inquiry driver for Alpoholics. Ad spend was strategically scaled, resulting in a 128% increase in reported conversion value.

Performance saw a great increase: lead form submissions grew by 184%, while total contact actions more than doubled compared to the previous period.

Meta Ads Focus

Our focus on Meta was driven by the platform's ability to sell an aspiration rather than a service.

While Google is limited by existing search volume, Meta allowed us to proactively reach a massive audience at a fraction of the cost.

High quality visual content transformed Alpoholics from a search result into a lifestyle brand, placing stunning chalets and snowy slopes directly in front of potential guests.

The strategy dominated the top of funnel at £1.54 per lead, ensuring that when users thought of their next ski trip, Alpoholics was their first choice.

Lead Costs

£1.54

Meta cost per lead.
The cheapest CPL in the mix — built for volume, reach, and growing top-of-funnel awareness.

£42.44

Google cost per lead.
Higher cost, higher intent. Someone searching "ski chalet France" is already halfway to a booking.

£93.78

Cost per booking.
What it actually costs to confirm a booking. With an AOV in the thousands, this results in a great ROAS.

Lead Profitability

£383

Revenue per lead.
Booked revenue divided by total enquiries. High-ticket travel flips the usual maths: a low conversion rate still pays when one booking runs into four figures

£8,536

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Total booked revenue a customer generates across all their stays. A chalet week is a group purchase at a group price, and ski holidays are habitual, guests rebook the same week annually.

72:1

LTV to CAC
Customer lifetime value set against what it costs in ad spend to win that customer. A higher ratio is maintained due to the other associated costs of running a chalet business.

Wins

01. Lead quality over lead volume

Scoring every enquiry as it lands meant serious group bookings stopped competing with casual browsers for attention. The team now works a queue sorted by intent, not by inbox order.

02. Hours back through automation

Replies drafted, leads routed, and follow-ups handled without anyone lifting a finger. The manual admin that used to eat entire mornings now happens before the team logs in.

03. Demand created, not just captured

Meta put Alpoholics in front of group holiday planners months before they would have searched, at the cheapest CPL in the mix. Google then caught the demand those ads generated.

Converted Bookings

10,206

Total leads captured across Meta and Google Ads over the full campaign cycle.

362

Qualified calls booked with high-intent prospects, routed automatically by AI lead scoring.

181

Paying guests secured, including a majority of previously empty off-season weeks.

Conclusion

Alpoholics didn't have a visibility problem. They had a conversion and efficiency problem, and the AI Lead System solved both.

Scoring every lead before a human touched it meant the sales team stopped wasting hours on low value enquiries: cleaner CRM, lower software costs, and every call starting warm.

The same shift filled the calendar: 181 bookings, a majority of off season weeks sold, and 60% year over year revenue growth.
